Midnight North vocalist/guitarist Elliott Peck will be sidelined from the stage as she deals with a major health issue. The band will not perform as Midnight North in her absence and have canceled four shows, turned four others into Grahame Lesh & Friends concerts and will soon address the rest of their scheduled dates.

Elliott Peck was recently hospitalized after experiencing severe stomach discomfort. Doctors found a large tumor in her abdomen and she’s waiting results on a biopsy. Peck will need to have the tumor removed by undergoing complex surgery.

Midnight North canceled next weekend’s concerts in Burlington, Vermont; Saratoga Springs, New York; Boston and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Refunds will be issued via the point of sale. A series of co-headlining shows with The Mother Hips will now see Grahame Lesh and his bandmates sans Peck perform as Grahame Lesh & Friends in Washington D.C. on March 7, Brooklyn Bowl in New York City on March 8, Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock (New York) on on March 9 and at Middle Ages Beer Hall in Syracuse on March 10.

The next Midnight North dates on the books after the swing with The Mother Hips are shows in Colorado on March 28 and 29. More spring dates follow in April. Midnight North will soon provide more information on the status of the late-March and April performances.

Midnight North

To our dear friends & fans,

Recently we learned that our dear Elliott Peck was diagnosed with a major health issue that will keep her away from the stage for a few months. Elliott has shared her experience in the post below. To do everything we can to support her in her recovery, we are sad to announce that we will not be performing as Midnight North until Elliott is once again healthy enough to join us on stage.

To that end, we will be cancelling next week’s 4 shows in New England – February 29 at Nectar’s in Burlington, March 1 at Putnam Place in Saratoga Springs, March 2 at Rockwood Boston, and March 3 at 3S Artspace in Portsmouth. Tickets will be refunded at the point of sale.

The 4 shows the following weekend (March 7-10 co-headlining with the Mother Hips) will become Grahame Lesh & Friends shows, with Grahame & the rest of MN doing our best to fill the air with musical healing energy. Those shows are March 7 at the Hamilton in Washington DC, March 8 at Brooklyn Bowl in New York, March 9 at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, and March 10 at Middle Ages Beer Hall in Syracuse.

We will have more information on the rest of our scheduled dates in the Spring in the coming days and weeks.

We appreciate you all for reading and thank you for your positive & healing thoughts, prayers, & support!

Much love, – Elliott, Grahame, Nathan, Connor, & TJ

Elliott Peck

Dear friends,

I’m writing to share some difficult news. Last week I was admitted to the hospital after experiencing severe stomach pain. After getting a CT scan, the doctors determined I have a large tumor located in my abdomen. While I’m still waiting for the biopsy results, I will regardless have to have a pretty complex surgery to remove the tumor. Unfortunately this will be putting me on hiatus from touring & local shows while I get through this process & recover. Please send all your positive thoughts & prayers as I work through this difficult time. I deeply appreciate your kindness & support.

Much love,
