Meghan Trainor Cancels Get In Girl Tour: ‘This Is The Right Decision For My Family’

Meghan Trainor scrapped her entire 2026 Get In Girl Tour “after a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations.” Trainor made the decision to focus on her family in the wake of welcoming her third child.

The tour was previously scheduled to launch of June 12 in Clarkston, Michigan. Trainor was supposed to play huge arenas and amphitheaters across North America with support from Icona Pop through the tour finale on August 15 at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum.

“After a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the Get In Girl Tour,” began Trainor’s Instagram story announcing the cancelation.

“Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now, and I need to be home and present for each and all of them at this time,” the 32-year-old vocalist added.

“I am so sorry to let you down,” the talented singer wrote in apologizing to fans. “But I know this is the right decision for my family and me right now. I promise I’ll be back soon, and I can’t wait for you to hear this new record. I’m so proud of it, and I’m endlessly grateful for your love and support always.”

Meghan Trainor and her husband, Daryl Sabara, welcomed their third child, via surrogate in January. “We are over the moon in love with this precious girl,” the “All About That Bass” singer wrote on social media at the time. “Riley and Barry have been so excited, they even got to choose her middle name. We are going to enjoy our family time now, love you all.”

Trainor will release her seventh full-length album, Toy With Me, on April 24. Those who purchased tickets for Get In Girl Tour dates through Ticketmaster will receive automatic refunds within 14 – 21 days.
