The Mars Volta Shares ‘Graveyard Love’ Single

The band will embark on their first tour since 2012 this fall.

The Mars Volta unveiled “Graveyard Love,” their second single since ending a 10-year hiatus. “Graveyard Love” came with a short film and follows the recently released track “Blacklight Shine.”

The new song from Omar Rodríguez-López and Cedric Bixler-Zavala features biting vocals and is propelled by pulsating percussive rhythms. “They will seek your ruin, and burn your lands, because if they can’t have you, no one can,” noted Bixler-Zavala of the story behind the tune.

    The Mars Volta are back with “Blacklight Shine,” their first single since 2012 and confirmed fall tour dates.

“Blacklight Shine” was debuted as part of The Mars Volta’s L’YTOME HODORXÍ TELESTERION installation at Los Angeles’ Grand Park. Fans can now experience the installation online.
