In other Marco Benevento news, press materials for the solo piano tour also noted that the keyboardist is working on a new studio album “inspired by composers like Piero Umiliani, Sandro Brugnolini and Stefano Torossi,” as per the press release.
The new record also draws “from classic Italian movie soundtracks and [blends] the rich, cinematic atmosphere of the ’60s and ’70s. Featuring a distinctive mix of piano, synthesizer, and the soulful resonance of the Hammond organ, the music captures the elegance and timeless allure of Italian cinema.”
Stay tuned for more updates on the new album and the 2025 edition of Benevento’s Follow The Arrow Festival.
