Manic Focus Announces Winter Tour 2017

Chicago-based producer Manic Focus has detailed his first tour of 2017. The electro-blues pioneer has dubbed the run “Minds Rising Tour Part II” after his forthcoming album due early next year. Before the tour, Manic Focus will close out 2016 with a Pretty Lights performance in New Orleans on December 30 and an appearance at Reaction New Year’s Eve in Chicago on December 31.

Manic Focus will begin 2017 with an appearance aboard Jam Cruise 15, which sets sail from Miami on January 20. The Minds Rising Tour Part II, which will feature state of the art production with a new lighting and laser rig, officially kicks off at Blue Moose Tap House in Iowa City on January 27. From there, the tour visits Lawrence, Grand Rapids, Toledo, Birmingham, Atlanta, Nashville, Brooklyn and Washington, DC.

Manic Focus also has shows planned in the Colorado cities of Avon and Fort Collins on February 24 and 25 respectively. In early April the producer will play the Euphoria Music & Camping Festival in Austin. Joining Manic Focus (John “JmaC” McCarten) as support at select dates along the way will be BUKU, Daily Bread and others.
