The 2017 installment of Appalachian Jamwich presents the Mad Tea Party Jam will be held on June 15 – 18 at Four Quarters Farm in Artemas, Pennsylvania. Festival founders Taco and Elise Olmstead have revealed the initial lineup for this year’s event.
The initial Mad Tea Party Jam lineup features Papadosio (three nights), TAUK (two nights), BIG Something (three nights), an Electric Love Machine (Led Zeppelin Tribute set), Spafford (two sets), LITZ (two nights) and Porky’s Groove Machine. The festival coincides with the 50th anniversary of the famed 1967 Monterey Pop Festival and start of the Summer Of Love, which is the theme for this year’s Mad Tea Party Jam.
“Nine years ago I proposed to Elise, over a candlelit dinner,” said Taco Olmstead in a statement. “Two years later we were married on the banks of the Potomac River, surrounded by family and friends. The theme of the wedding was Alice in Wonderland, so began a yearly celebration.”
General admission tickets and VIP tickets are currently on sale. More acts are expected to be added to the lineup in the future. Follow this link for complete details.
