Mac DeMarco Appears On ‘Charlie Rose’ & Selling Test Pressings For Puerto Rico Hurricane Relief

Guitarist Mac DeMarco appeared on the PBS talk show Charlie Rose. DeMarco sat for a discussion with the show’s namesake host, and performed a song from his recently issued studio album This Old Dog.

DeMarco’s appearance began with a solo acoustic performance of the This Old Dog title track. Host Charlie Rose then chatted with DeMarco about the album, performing live, an admiration for Jonathan Richman and more. The segment ended with DeMarco performing “Still Together” from his 2012 album 2.

DeMarco also announced the sale of four signed vinyl test pressings of his 2012 Rock And Roll Night Club EP. In conjunction with the Captured Tracks label, the four test pressings each featuring unique designs drawn by DeMarco will be on sale via Discogs beginning today at 12 p.m. ET. Captured Tracks will make a $250 matching donation for each record sold.
