The Lumineers Perform ‘Salt & The Sea’ On ‘Fallon’

The Lumineers served as the musical guest on Tuesday’s at home edition of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Co-founders Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites performed “Salt & The Sea” from each of their homes for last night’s episode.
