Luke Schneider Performs Live At Far Out Free Fest

Pedal steel guitarist Luke Schneider was among the participants in the Far Out Free Fest livestream event held in place of Nashville’s Far Out Fest that was canceled due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. Video of Schneider’s psychedelic performance was shared by Third Man Records.

Schnider, who has performed with Margo Price, William Tyler and many others, issued his new age solo pedal steel album, Altar Of Harmony, via Third Man earlier this year. He performed songs from the album at East Nashville’s Meltface Studio while surrounded by Justin McFerrin’s TV installation. Additional visual accompaniment was provided by Labrys Light Show.
