Lukas Nelson Covers Neil Young’s ‘Tell Me Why’

Lukas Nelson is well acquainted with the music making up Neil Young’s impressive catalog, having backed the Canadian legend with Promise Of The Real several times in recent years. Nelson posted a self-made video of his solo acoustic guitar performance of a classic song on Young’s After The Gold Rush album.

Lukas Nelson and his father Willie Nelson will appear with Young later this month at the annual Farm Aid music festival. Lukas recorded his version of one of his “favorite songs” on After The Gold Rush, “Tell Me Why,” which can be seen and heard here:
