Lucy Dacus Performs ‘Kissing Lessons’ On ‘Late Night’

Lucy Dacus served as the musical guest on Late Night With Seth Meyers last night. Dacus led her band through a “Kissing Lessons” performance.
“Kissing Lessons” is the acclaimed singer-songwriter’s latest single and first new music of 2022. Dacus was backed by her touring band consisting of bassist Christian Carpenter, keyboardist Sarah Goldstone, drummer Ricardo Lagomasino and guitarist Jacob Blizard for a song released last month to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
The short and furious single was recorded during the same sessions that yielded Lucy’s 2021 studio album, Home Video. Dacus, who previously appeared on Late Night with boygenius in 2018, will focus on festival plays this summer. She’ll also perform at New York City’s Central Park SummerStage on July 21.
