Lucinda Williams will join forces with Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs this September for a co-headlining tour. As the name implies, the Alone and Together: Come Hell Or High Water tour will feature both acts performing individually as well as collectively at each show.
Williams is among the guests featured on Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs' new album Vagabonds, Virgins & Misfits. Campbell is joined in the current Dirty Knobs lineup by fellow Heartbreak Steve Ferrone on drums, bassist Lance Morrison and guitarist Chris Holt. Lucinda Williams paid tribute to Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers in October 2020 with one of her “Lu’s Jukebox” livestreams and wrote “Stolen Moments” in reaction to Petty’s death.
