LOCKN’ Festival Announces 2020 Dates

The LOCKN’ Festival will be held June 19 – 21, 2020 at Oak Ridge & Infinity Downs Farm in Arrington, Virginia. LOCKN’ initially took place during the second weekend of September for its first three outings and then moved to the final full weekend of August for the 2016 – 2019 installments.

In addition to the move to June, LOCKN’ 2020 is the first to span three days instead of four. However, an advert published in C-Ville Weekly pointed out by @215AlexB on Twitter notes the festival will include “a special ‘Steal Your Thursday.'” The advertisement also reveals LOCKN’ 2020 comes in celebration of Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh‘s 80th birthday. Lesh turns 80 on March 15, 2020. In addition to the advertisement, links for tickets on the event’s homepage direct to a ticketing page with the new dates.
