Les Claypool’s Bastard Jazz Confirms New Orleans Jazz Fest Late Night

Primus bassist Les Claypool will revive his Les Claypool’s Bastard Jazz project for a late night performance during the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Les Claypool’s Bastard Jazz will play the Joy Theater on May 3.

The lineup for this installment of Les Claypool’s Bastard Jazz finds the Primus bassist joined by Galactic drummer Stanton Moore, famed percussionist Mike Dillon and acclaimed saxphonist Skerik. Claypool played with a variation of the lineup as Bastard Jazz at 2017’s Clusterfest in San Francisco. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketfly.
