LCD Soundsystem To Return For Two Nights In NYC This Weekend

The LCD Soundsystem reunion will start earlier than expected as a pair of “Back From The Dead” shows at Webster Hall in New York City have just been announced. James Murphy and Co. will play the intimate venue on Sunday, March 27 and Monday, March 28.

Tickets will be available via a lottery presented by the Panorama Festival. Head here or here to enter. Winners will receive ticketing information to purchase a pair of tickets for one of the shows, on a first come first serve basis. Note that winning the lottery does not guarantee ticket availability. The performances will mark the group’s first since LCD Soundsystem’s “farewell concert” at Madison Square Garden in NYC on April 2, 2011.

LCD Soundsystem have announced a bevy of festival appearances including sets at Coachella, Bonnaroo, Roskilde, T In The Park, Panorama, Way Home and Lowlands. More dates are expected to be announced soon.
