LCD Soundsystem To Open Brooklyn Steel With Five Shows

One year ago yesterday LCD Soundsystem returned from a five-year breakup with the first of two “warmup” shows at Webster Hall in New York City ahead of a busy year of touring. The band only had a few festival appearances lined up in 2017 until today, when it was announced James Murphy & Co. will open The Bowery Presents’ newest venue, Brooklyn Steel, with five shows.

LCD Soundsystem will play the first ever concert at the venue on Thursday, April 6. They will also perform at Brooklyn Steel on Friday, April 7; Saturday, April 8; Monday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 11. General tickets will go on-sale beginning Thursday, March 30 at 12:00 p.m. ET via BoweryPresents.com and AXS.com.
