Kung Fu Releases New ‘Ninja Cuts’ Single ‘Caught Up’

Funk-fusion act Kung Fu began releasing a series of singles under the moniker Ninja Cuts last year. Today, the quintet has shared a new Ninja Cuts entitled “Caught Up.”

The catchy “Caught Up” was recorded by Kung Fu at Funkhaus Music, a production house run by members of West End Blend. Keyboardist Beau Sasser wrote the infectious track. “‘Caught Up’ is about your typical bad day. I was inspired by the movie The Fifth Element, where the main character continually gets caught up in the drama of everyone he encounters…something we can all relate to,” said Sasser in a press release announcing the single.
