Kung Fu To Play A Set Of Steely Dan Covers During ‘The Fez Tour’

Funk-fusion act Kung Fu will soon hit the road for “The Fez Tour” in which the band will play one set of original music and one set of material from Steely Dan. The Fez Tour will run across 20 states spanning through the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest and Colorado.

Later this month Kung Fu will play a pair of Winter Warm Up concerts without the Steely Dan concept in Saratoga Springs, New York on the 24th and in Jay, Vermont on the 25th. Then, The Fez Tour kicks off in earnest at Ardmore Music Hall near Philadelphia on March 16. From there, Kung Fu makes stops in Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Chicago, Ohio, Vermont, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Colorado, North Carolina, Atlanta, Florida, Maine, Masschusetts, Arkansas, Maryland, Washington D.C., New Hampshire and Rhode Island before ending the tour with shows in Brooklyn and Pawling, New York. Note the band’s appearances at Wanee and Phunkberry will not feature the Steely Dan concept.
