Kim Gordon & model home Push Boundaries On ‘Razzamatazz’ Single

Rock legend Kim Gordon‘s latest collaboration with Justin Raisen is the new single “Razzmatazz,” which features experimental duo Model Home. “Razzamatazz” arrived with a video put together by p cain of model home.

Gordon and Raisen previously worked together on Kim’s 2024 album, The Collective, and 2021’s No Home Record. The pair joined forces most recently on the single “ECRP.”

model home — p cain and Nappy Nappa — are based in Washington D.C. The duo has released two dozen Bandcamp-only transmissions, two compilation albums with Disciples and a pair of full-length records.

Kim Gordon’s signature whisper is at the heart of “Razzamatazz.” The track features wobbly bass rumbles and wild soundscapes. Watch the p cain-directed “Razzamatazz” video below:

Kim Gordon kicks off a swing through the Pacific Northwest on Friday, August 30 with a concert in Vancouver. She then performs in Portland on Saturday and at Seattle’s Bumbershoot festival on Sunday.
