Khruangbin Shares ‘Christmas Time Is Here’ Single

Khruangbin shared a cover of Vince Guaraldi’s holiday classic “Christmas Time Is Here.” The Texas-based trio posted a video directed by Nathan David Smith and featuring artwork by Fuzzytown to accompany the single.

“Growing up the three of us all had very different Christmases,” bassist Laura Lee stated. “But we recently discovered we all had the exact same favorite Christmas song. When we realized it, we sat down to play it and it came together instantly. In 15 minutes we had this recorded. It was like the best Christmas present ever.”

Khruangbin will release “Christmas Time Is Here” on November 16 as a limited edition green vinyl 7-inch single as well as digitally with a “Version Mary” B-side recording of the song. Watch the video below:
