Keller Williams Guests With RatDog In Washington D.C.

Bob Weir & RatDog’s first tour since 2009 rolled into Washington, D.C. last night for a performance at the Lincoln Theater. The show was keyboardist Jeff Chimenti’s 800th with the band and was notable for a special sit-in that took place in the second set.

Keller Williams emerged towards the middle of the second set and was introduced by Weir with “Say hello to Cousin Keller here.” Williams added guitar and vocals to a “Scarlet Begonias” that contained a “Dark Star” jam as well as covers of “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” and “Good Lovin’.” Weir and the band also busted out “Artificial Flowers” for the first time since 2008. “Good Lovin'” had also been shelved since 2008.
