Keller Williams’ Grateful Gospel continued a tradition at this year’s LOCKN’ festival in Arrington, Virginia by performing a Sunday matinee set. Pro-shot video of Williams and his band’s performance of “Ripple” featuring guitarist John Kadlecik has been shared.
“Ripple” came towards the middle of Keller Williams’ Grateful Gospel set at LOCKN’ on August 25, 2019. Williams reworked the Hunter/Garcia classic as a march featuring powerful swirls of organ and making the most of the six vocalists Keller recruited for the set. Both Kadlecik and keyboardist Benjie Porecki tore through solos before the conclusion of the song.
