KDTU To Pay Tribute To Rick James During Jazz Fest

You can always count on Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe to come up with inventive themes for their late night shows during Jazz Fest in New Orleans and it looks like 2014 will be no different. The band will play a special tribute to Rick James on May 1 at the House of Blues in the Crescent City.

Note that doors open at 1 a.m., so the show technically takes place on May 2. Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. CT.
