‘Kazumasa Oda: ArtistCHRONICLE’ Audio Documentary Premieres On Spotify

Kazumasa Oda is profiled in the new edition of the Spotify audio documentary series ArtistCHRONICLE, which explores an artist’s career and musical output. The veteran Japanese singer-songwriter is currently on tour throughout Japan.
In the late 1960s, Kazumasa Oda was a co-founding member of the Japanese folk group Off Course, which grew in popularity over subsequent decades. Oda embarked on a solo career ahead of Off Course disbanding in 1989.
The four-part Kazumasa Oda: ArtistCHRONICLE features DJ Miki Kato and music critic Nobuaki Onuki, among other contributors, including Yoshiyuki Sahashi, Sukima Switch (スキマスイッチ) and Sakai Yuu. Episodes were broadcast on Japan radio station FM COCOLO’s “Super J-Hits Radio.”
Sony Music Japan described Kazumasa Oda: ArtistCHRONICLE (translated):
An “audible documentary” that unravels the history of the artist Kazumasa Oda’s activities and works. We will be presenting a series of four episodes, each featuring testimonials from artists.
