Kacey Musgraves Shares ‘Justified’ Single
“justified” arrived along with a visual from Musgraves’ ‘star-crossed’ film.

Kacey Musgraves shared a new single, “justified.” The track is set to appear on the singer-songwriter’s upcoming album, star-crossed, due out on September 10 via Interscope / MCA Nashville.
Musgraves announced star-crossed earlier this week and shared the title track. star-crossed — the follow-up to Kacey’s 2018 release Golden Hour — will arrive with an accompanying Bardia Zeinali-directed film of the same name from which the visual for the new single “justified” is taken.

“The video beautifully chronicles the quiet self-reflection and setbacks of rebuilding as Musgraves learns ‘healing doesn’t happen in a straight line,’” press materials for the new song and video noted.
