Julian Casablancas + The Voidz Preview Upcoming EP With Vibrant ‘Blue Demon’ Performance On ‘Colbert’

Julian Casablancas led his band The Voidz through a performance of “Blue Demon” on last night’s The Late Show With Stephen Colbert episode. The band confirmed the recently released single will appear on an upcoming EP, Megz Of Ram.
Casablancas, frontman and primary songwriter of The Strokes, is joined in The Voidz by keyboardists Jeff Kite and Jacob Bercovici, guitarists Jeramy Gritter and Amir Yaghmai and drummer Alex Carapetis. The group released “Blue Demon” as the Megz Of Ram lead single last week through Cult Records. The pending EP comes on the heels of the band’s 2024 full-length, Like All Before You.
