John Mayer Shares Taste Of Dead & Company Rehearsals

Yesterday, we told you about a commercial for Dead & Company‘s upcoming show at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio on November 13 that gave us our first taste of the new band in action. Dead & Company finds Grateful Dead members Bill Kreutzmann, Bob Weir and Mickey Hart joined by guitarist John Mayer, keyboardist Jeff Chimenti and bassist Oteil Burbridge. We didn’t have to wait long for our second taste of Dead & Company as John Mayer shared a clip from rehearsals on Instagram:

The video finds Mayer performing “Tennessee Jed” with Dead & Company. Mayer’s footage came just after the commercial surfaced showing Dead & Company playing “I Know You Rider”:
