Joe Russo’s Almost Dead shared pro-shot video of “Peggy-O” and “Throwing Stones.” The footage comes from the Grateful Dead tribute band’s June 1, 2019 concert at Marymoor Park Amphitheater in Redmond, Washington.

While the traditional “Peggy-O” never appears on a Grateful Dead album, it was a steadfast live staple from its debut in 1973 until 1995. The Bob Weir/John Perry Barlow song “Throwing Stones” landed on GD’s 1987 album In The Dark but debuted in 1982 and was also a trusty staple until ‘95. JRAD’s June 1, 2019 “Peggy-O” and “Throwing Stones” stretched to over 30 minutes and served as the encore that evening.
