Jimmy Fallon Covers ‘Life On Mars?’ With Chris Martin Of Coldplay

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon host Jimmy Fallon is the latest artist to cover David Bowie’s Hunky Dory epic “Life On Mars?” A video featuring a version of “Life On Mars?” performed by Fallon, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and The Roots guitarist Captain Kirk Douglas has been shared on the program’s YouTube channel.

The video finds Fallon approaching Martin, who is sitting at a piano, and asking what he’s working on. The Coldplay mastermind then launches into “Life On Mars?” while Jimmy does his best Bowie impression. Captain Kirk enters the scene just in time to add a guitar solo. Watch how it went down:
