Jeff Tweedy’s Tweedy To Make NYC Debut This Fall

Wilco front man Jeff Tweedy will bring his Tweedy band to the Brooklyn Academy Of Music in NYC on September 23 as part of the Nonesuch Records at BAM series.

Jeff and his drummer son Spencer will be joined by Jim Elkington on guitar, Darin Gray on bass and Liam Cunningham on keyboards and guitars to perform songs off Sukierae. It’s also expected that Jeff will perform a solo acoustic set featuring songs from the Wilco and Uncle Tupelo catalogs. Sukierae comes out on September 23, the day of the Brooklyn show, which will be held at BAM’s Howard Gilman Opera House. 

Tickets go on sale to the general public July 25 after the Friends of BAM pre-sale on July 23.
