The latest installment of radio show Live From Here With Chris Thile originated from the Lied Center For The Performing Arts in Lincoln, Nebraska on Saturday night. A handful of pro-shot videos from the show, which featured guest performances from Jeff Tweedy, Diana Gordon and Todd Barry have been posted on the program’s YouTube channel.
Tweedy’s first performance of the episode was “Some Birds,” the lead single from his forthcoming studio album Warm. Later, Jeff engaged in a chat with host Chris Thile and then teamed with Alex Hargreaves for another new solo cut, “Having Been Is No Way to Be.” Next, Jeff went at it alone for “You And I” off 2009’s Wilco (The Album). The final segment of the episode saw Tweedy collaborate with Thile and members of the show’s house band for Warm track “Let’s Go Rain” and “Hell Is Chrome” off Wilco’s A Ghost Is Born.
