After a three-night stand in St. Paul, Minnesota last weekend, there are no current shows on Wilco’s tour schedule and the band plans to take most if not all of 2018 off from touring. Frontman Jeff Tweedy has confirmed that the group will reconvene in 2019 to host their biennial Solid Sound Festival in Western Massachusetts.

In a message posted to Instagram, Tweedy encourages donations to Monte’s March VIII which supports The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. The clip also sees the guitarist confirm the return of Solid Sound in 2019. Wilco hosted the 2017 edition of Solid Sound last June at MASS MoCA in North Adams, Massachusetts.
