Days Between & Beyond: Jazz Is Dead Announces August 2023 Tour Dates
The Grateful Dead tribute act will hit the road from August 1 – 13.

Jazz Is Dead will embark on The Days Between 2023 & Beyond tour this August. The 10-show run includes multiple two-night stands.
The Grateful Dead tribute act’s current lineup consists of bassist Alphonso Johnson, multi-instrumentalist Bobby Lee Rodgers, guitarist Steve Kimock and drummer Pete Lavezzoli. Jazz Is Dead celebrates their 25th Anniversary in 2023. The Days Between commemorates the period between the anniversaries of Grateful Dead guitarist Jerry Garcia’s birthday (August 1) and death (August 9).
Jazz Is Dead launches the trek with two nights at Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on August 1 and 2. The quartet then crosses the country for a two-night stand at Washington D.C.’s The Hamilton on August 4 and 5. Next up is a stop in St. Louis on August 6.
The tour returns to the West Coast for its final five shows. A swing through Oregon includes two-night stands in Eugene on August 8 and 9 and Portland on August 11 and 12. The four-piece concludes the excursion at The Crocodile in Seattle on August 13.
