Jason Isbell Performs Solo On ‘Sound Opinions’

Guitarist Jason Isbell was recently a guest on Sound Opinions with hosts Jim DeRogatis and Greg Kot. Video footage of Isbell’s solo acoustic performance at WBEZ studios in Chicago has been shared from the session.

Isbell will appear on the April 20 episode of Sound Opinions. The episode includes Isbell talking with Derogatis and Kot about Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit’s Grammy-winning 2017 album The Nashville Sound, in addition to performing stripped-down arrangements of three of the LP’s tracks.
