Jason Isbell Performs On ‘Live From Here’

Jason Isbell was among the guests on Saturday’s episode of Live From Here. The singer-songwriter shared the stage at Chicago’s Symphony Center with the public radio show’s host Chris Thile.

Isbell played acoustic guitar while accompanied by Thile on mandolin and Chris Eldridge adding additional acoustic guitar. The trio performed “Last Of My Kind,” “If We Were Vampires” and “White Man’s World” from Isbell’s 2017 album The Nashville Sound. Isbell also led a rendition of “Live Oak” from his 2013 album Southeastern. Isbell was also on stage for a birthday tribute to late Chicago blues legend Koko Taylor in the form of “Voodoo Woman.” Watch highlights of Isbell’s Live From Here appearance below:
