Jason Isbell & Amanda Shires Perform At 2017 Nashville Christmas Tree Lighting

Nashville mayor Megan Barry hosted a Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Public Square Park on Friday night. Local area residents Amanda Shires and Jason Isbell appeared at the event and performed a pair of holiday songs.

Members of the nearby East Magnet High School Choir joined the couple on a rendition of the Christmas classic “Silent Night.” Isbell and Shires then offered an arrangement of “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus.”
