Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening mapped out a summer leg of a tour celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the iconic Led Zeppelin album, Physical Graffiti. The newly announced 22-city trek will focus on the Western U.S. before ending with a lone stop in Canada.
Each show will see drummer Jason Bonham and his band perform Physical Graffiti in its entirety along with other classics from the Led Zeppelin catalog. JBLZE kicked off the celebratory trek on May 3 and close the first leg on May 31 at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre.
When the tour was initially announced, Jason Bonham stated: “This is my favorite Led Zeppelin album of all time. Being able to celebrate it the way we are planning on this tour is something I am extremely excited about. I can’t wait for people to come out and see these shows and celebrate this extraordinary record with us. My goal is to play at least 50 shows to commemorate 50 years…And don’t worry there will be plenty of other songs that you also love played that night.”
