JamGrass TV Announces 2018 Northwest String Summit Webcast

This year’s Northwest String Summit music festival will take place July 19 – July 22 at Horning’s Hideout in North Plains, Oregon. If you can’t make it to the “Strummit” in person, there’s an option to watch select sets from home or wherever you have an internet connection.

JamGrass TV will provide a free webcast featuring sets from all four days of the festival live from Horning’s Hideout. The action starts at 3 p.m. PT on Thursday, July 19 with a set from Horseshoes & Hand Grenades. Sets from Steep Canyon Rangers, Railroad Earth and Greensky Bluegrass will also be broadcast on opening day.

Friday’s webcast will feature sets from The Lil Smokies, Dustbowl Revival, Railroad Earth, The Infamous Stringdusters and Yonder Mountain String Band. Then, on Saturday, JamGrass TV will host performances from Front Country, Keller & The Andys, Mandolin Orange, Fruition, Greensky Bluegrass, Yonder Mountain String Band and Leftover Salmon’s Funky Brass Breakdown with guests Jennifer Hartswick, Natalie Cressman and Skerik. Finally, Sunday sets from The Talbott Brothers, John Craigie, Music Of Jerry & Dawg, Leftover Salmon and The Infamous Stringdusters will be webcast live.
