Jack White Unveils Never-Before-Seen Video From 2015 Acoustic Tour

In the Spring of 2015 Jack White ended a lengthy bout of touring by embarking on his first ever series of all-acoustic shows. White has just unveiled video of a performance from the acoustic tour’s stop in Jackson, Wyoming on April 23, 2015.
In the video below we see Jack White, mandolin wiz Lillie Mae, fiddler Fats Kaplin and bassist Dominic Davis work through “The Rose With The Broken Neck.” White wrote the lyrics for the song and sang it on Danger Mouse and Daniele Luppi’s 2011 album, Rome. He discusses how difficult it was to pen words to music created by another musician ahead of the performance.
Jack recently released a series of unplugged performances as Jack White Acoustic Recordings 1998 – 2016. The set earned White one of thre recent Grammy nominations. Watch Jack & Co.’s performance of “The Rose With The Broken Neck” from the Pink Garter Theatre:
