Jack White Shares New Single ‘Over And Over And Over’

Jack White will soon issue a new solo album Boarding House Reach on his Third Man Records label. Another single, “Over And Over And Over,” is available in advance of the LP’s March 23 release.

The 13-track follow-up to 2014’s Lazaretto was recorded in Nashville at Third Man Studio, as well as Capitol Studios in Los Angeles and Sear Sound in New York City. White tapped a wide range of musicians to contribute to Boarding House Reach, including drummers Louis Cato, Daru Jones and Carla Azar, bassists Charlotte Kemp Muhl and NeonPhoenix, synthesizer players DJ Harrison and Anthony “Brew” Brewster, keyboardists Neal Evans and Quincy McCrary, percussionists Bobby Allende and Justin Porée and The McCrary Sisters vocalists Ann McCrary and Regina McCrary and vocalists Esther Rose and C.W. Stoneking.

White previously spoke to Rolling Stone about “Over And Over Over,” which was written 13 years ago. Before it’s Boarding House Reach inclusion, White attempted tracking it with The White Stripes, The Raconteurs and an abandoned project with Jay-Z.

“I was just gonna hand it off to my grandchildren,” White told Rolling Stone. “It was sort of my white whale. I chased it and chased it, and finally, all of a sudden, it worked.”

White previously shared the album tracks “Corporation,” “Connected By Love” and “Respect Commander.” Stream the newly posted “Over And Over And Over” followed by the additional singles below:
