Jack White joined the prestigious Five-Timers Club by appearing for the fifth time on Saturday Night Live. Though he and host and fellow five-timer Woody Harleson did not get customary commemorative jackets, White did play songs off his two 2022 solo albums, Fear Of The Dawn and Entering Heaven Alive.

White was backed by bassist Dominic Davis, drummer Daru Jones and keyboardist Quincy McCrary. Up first was a medley performance of the opening two songs off Fear oF The Dawn, “Taking Me Back” and the title track. White’s second performance on the Studio 8H stage was the Entering Heaven Alive highlight, “A Tip From You To Me.”
