Watch Jack White Perform White Stripes Favorites & Cover Jimi Hendrix At Michigan Central Reopening Concert

Jack White shared official video of his performance for the Michigan Central Station reopening in his hometown of Detroit. The guitarist performed two White Stripes songs and covered Jimi Hendrix on Thursday.

The Live From Detroit: The Concert at Michigan Central saw Detroit legends including Diana Ross and Eminem performing at the rejuvenated Michigan Central Station. White returned to his hometown to mark the occasion as well.

Jack White and his band launched his three-song performance on Thursday with a raucous rendition of White Stripes favorite “Hotel Yorba.” White then reeled off a blistering and fitting cover of Jimi Hendrix’s “Hear My Train A Comin’.” Watch those performances below.
