The Infamous Stringdusters Announce Terrapin Crossroads Show With Phil Lesh

Jamgrass act The Infamous Stringdusters will return to Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, California on September 1. The Infamous Stringdusters will be joined by the venue’s proprietor, Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh, as special guest.
“If you improvise and play bass, Phil Lesh is the single most important person in history. I can hardly handle being around him; what do I even say? Fortunately, we have music for communication. Playing music with Phil is always a tremendous honor and a complete joy. It’s also an opportunity to be inside the music as it’s happening, which brings me closer to understanding the depth of Phil’s music better than just listening ever could. Can you tell I’m excited for the first day of September?” said Infamous Stringdusters bassist Travis Book.
The Infamous Stringdusters have previously teamed up with Phil Lesh both at Terrapin Crossroads and at last year’s Lockn’ Festival. Keep your eyes on the venue’s website for a link to buy tickets which are expected to be available on Friday.
