Holly Bowling will embark on a solo piano tour in early 2025. The pianist mapped out seven shows along the East Coast between February 28 and March 7.
“Been hiding out working away on some new musical projects and as much as the relative solitude has been good, it’s time to get out and play. This year has been off to a pretty heavy start in a lot of ways and the best response I can think of to that is to bring a bunch of people together in a room and experience something collectively that hopefully transcends the rest of the shit going on out there. Live music is both a respite and a remedy. I need it, a lot of people need it, and I wanna continue to put that out there in the world,” Bowling told JamBase.
“Last time I played the Barns (in 2022), I walked out of there saying I wish I could play there every night for a year. I’m beyond excited to be going back again and can’t think of a better place for the last show,” the Bay Area musician added.
