“I had this vision of a small but mighty gathering of die-hard working class music lovers eating, singing, drinking together in a laid back family reunion- like atmosphere,” said Josh Baker, the event’s curator and founder, in a statement as per Billboard. “With music as the centerpiece, Holler On The Hill provides a much-needed stewardship opportunity to support two causes I’m extremely passionate about: local agriculture and conservation.” Only 5,000 tickets will be sold for each day of the event.
Tickets are on sale now via the festival’s website. A portion of proceeds from HOTH ’18 will go towards local organizations the Indiana Farmers Union, Indiana Forest Alliance, Hoosier Organic Marketing Education, Garfield Park Farmers Market and Indianapolis Parks Foundation.
