The Head And The Heart Perform On ‘Fallon’

The Head and the Heart delivered a special backstage acoustic performance of their song “Rivers And Roads” on The Tonight Show Tuesday night. Host Jimmy Fallon joined the folk-rock outfit in the Tonight Show music room to sing along on the track from THATH’s 2011 self-titled album.

THATH’s latest album, Living Mirage, arrived on May 17 via Warner Bros/Reprise Records. The group previewed the new record back in March with the lead single “Missed Connections.” Living Mirage follows the band’s 2016 album Signs of Light.
