Guns N’ Roses Welcome Dave Grohl In Tulsa
By Scott Bernstein Nov 15, 2017 • 5:59 am PST
Tulsa, Oklahoma may not be a major market but the city’s BOK Center hosted/will host two of 2017’s biggest tours in the span of two nights. On Tuesday Guns N’ Roses rocked the Tulsa venue, while Foo Fighters will do the honors on Wednesday night. Foo Fighters had a day off on Tuesday, so frontman Dave Grohl decided to sit-in with GN’R.
Grohl emerged at the end of Axl Rose & Co.’s 32-song marathon performance in Tulsa. Dave sang backup and played guitar on “Paradise City” as confetti flew across the venue. Apparently Grohl and Rose have made amends after epic battles between the Nirvana and GN’R camps in the early ’90s. Tonight, it’s Foo Fighters chance to take the BOK Center stage.
