Widespread Panic opened the finale with a jam that led into a cover of Curtis Mayfield’s “Pusherman.” The guest action started towards the end of the first set when Col. Bruce Hampton and Randall Bramblett came out for “Time Is Free.” A cover of “Turn On Your Lovelight” sung by special guest George Porter Jr. -Panic’s first take on the tune since September 1, 2009 -closed the first set with Hampton and Bramblett sitting in as well.

After starting the second set with runs through “Pigeons,” “Travelin’ Light,” “Action Man” and “Dyin’ Man,” Widespread Panic welcomed Porter, Bramblett, Nikki Glaspie, Grant Green and Ivan Neville for a cover of Funkadelic’s “Red Hot Mama.” The guests all stuck around for the “Arleen” that followed, while Glaspie, Bramblett and Neville contributed to “Fishwater.” The group closed out the second set with a version of “Vacation” that featured Bramblett. A “City Of Dreams,” “Protein Drink”/”Sewing Machine” encore brought Panic En La Playa Cuatro to its conclusion.
