Greensky Bluegrass Announces Fall Tour 2016

Michigan jamgrass act Greensky Bluegrass have detailed a full Fall Tour. The run spans early September through early November and includes gigs on both coasts and many cities in between with a mix of festival appearances and headlining shows.
Greensky kicks off the tour with an appearance at the North Coast Music Festival in Chicago on September 4. The band hits the road in earnest on September 9th for a show at the Bourbon Theatre in Lincoln, Nebraska. From there, Greensky Bluegrass plays shows in Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky and West Virginia ahead of a headlining gig at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on September 17. The tour continues with September performances in Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee.
October finds the group appearing at Raleigh’s Wide Open Bluegrass Festival, Arkansas’s The Hillberry Festival and Florida’s Suwannee Hulaween in addition to shows in Memphis, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Scottsdale and Flagstaff. The Michigan band heads West in November for gigs in Solana Beach, Los Angeles, Crystal Bay and San Francisco ahead of their annual appearance at Strings & Sol.
Fan club tickets are on sale now with the general on-sale to be held this Friday, July 15 (except the New Orleans show which goes on sale July 22).
