For Record Store Day’s Black Friday on November 24, 2017; Rhino Records and the Grateful Dead issued the Grateful Dead Records Collection honoring and collecting the band’s way-before-their-time efforts at launching and running their own label. Rhino and the Grateful Dead have since decided to take the box digital with Apple Lossless and HD FLAC versions available via Dead.net.

The box set features studio albums Wake Of The Flood, From The Mars Hotel, Blues For Allah and the live release Steal Your Face (2 LPs). Each album has been remastered and this is the first time Steal Your Face – which was recorded at the Winterland Arena between October 17 – 20, 1974 – has been made available in the digital realm.
